    Webinar: A Place-Based Approach to Resident Wellbeing

     This webinar brings together Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), Kaizen Partnership and Social Value Portal to share what happened when NHG asked a straightforward question: what do residents actually need to live well on their estate?

    Bolney Meadow was chosen as NHG's first pilot to answer that question through direct consultation rather than assumption. Kaizen Partnership carried out door-to-door engagement across the estate, gathering data that went well beyond a standard survey, capturing the everyday priorities and pressures that shape resident wellbeing but rarely surface in existing housing data. Social Value Portal worked with NHG and Kaizen to turn that evidence into a resident-led wellbeing strategy, built from what residents said mattered rather than a template applied portfolio-wide.

    A year on, speakers from all three organisations will walk through how the assessment was designed and delivered, what the door-knocking data revealed, and what's changed on the estate as a result.
