Cushman & Wakefield: RESVI delivery partners

Cushman & Wakefield are now official delivery partners for the Real Estate Social Value Index (RESVI) - here's how it will boost their clients' Social Value journeys. 


We are delighted to announce that leading commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has become an official delivery partner for our Real Estate Social Value Index (RESVI).  

This means that Cushman & Wakefield is licensed to deliver RESVI to its clients – with validation of data from Social Value Portal.   

What will RESVI do for real estate businesses? 

RESVI is a GRESB-certified tool for measuring, reporting, and improving the Social Value generated by ‘in-use’ real estate and infrastructure assets. It works by conducting a comprehensive diagnostic, grading, and Social Value assessment, using data from asset managers, property managers, key suppliers and key occupiers. 

By delivering the RESVI solution, Cushman & Wakefield will help its clients quantify, measure and validate Social Value contributions – as well as to differentiate in the eyes of investors, planning authorities, and other key stakeholders. Recipients will benefit from a detailed RESVI asset report, validated by the Social Value Portal team, capturing essential Social Value delivery data.  

RESVI is playing a pivotal role in the delivery of Social Value in real estate, fostering the creation of more equitable and sustainable communities. With firms like Cushman & Wakefield taking RESVI to their clients, there is a huge opportunity to drive further positive change and demonstrate that Social Value is a cornerstone of the built environment.

RESVI is accepted as a full points certification by the GRESB Real Estate Assessment. The first tool in the operational building certification dedicated to the ‘S’ in ESG, it provides up to 8.5 points against GRESB’s BC1.2 Building Certification.
